These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of luggage storage services (“Services”) provided by ZeusRFID Ltd. (“ZeusRFID”, “we”, “us”, “our”), through smart luggage storage lockers operated directly by ZeusRFID and/or hosted at partner locations.

By creating an account, making a booking, depositing luggage, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • Customer / You: Any individual using the Services.
  • Locker: An electronically controlled luggage storage unit operated by ZeusRFID.
  • Booking: A confirmed locker usage session, whether prepaid, time-based, or on-demand.
  • Stored Items: Any luggage or personal items placed inside a Locker.
  • Partner Location: A third-party premises hosting ZeusRFID lockers.

2. Contract Formation & Acceptance

2.1 A binding contract is formed when:

  • a booking is confirmed, or
  • luggage is deposited into a Locker,
    whichever occurs first.

2.2 Acceptance may occur digitally (app, QR, website, kiosk) or by physical action (depositing luggage).


3. Eligibility, Registration & Accounts

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3.2 Where required, you must create a user account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.3 You are solely responsible for:

  • safeguarding access credentials (QR codes, PINs, mobile access),
  • all actions performed using your account.

3.4 ZeusRFID is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.


4. Scope of the Service

4.1 The Service consists solely of:

Temporary storage of luggage inside a secured locker from deposit until collection.

4.2 The Service does not include handling, transport, insurance, valuation, or supervision of Stored Items.


5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • ensure luggage fits size/weight limits displayed on-site,
  • ensure lockers are fully closed and locked,
  • remove all prohibited items before deposit,
  • collect luggage within the booked time,
  • inspect luggage immediately upon retrieval.

Failure to comply may result in denial of service or forfeiture of claims.


6. Prohibited & Excluded Items

You must not store:

  • Cash, currency, securities, negotiable instruments
  • Passports, ID cards, visas, travel documents
  • Jewelry, watches, precious metals, gemstones
  • Electronics, data carriers, or devices of significant value
  • High-value apparel, designer or luxury fashion items, including branded clothing, handbags, shoes, or accessories
  • Artworks, antiques, collectibles
  • Fragile items
  • Perishable goods, food, liquids
  • Hazardous, flammable, illegal, or controlled substances
  • Weapons, explosives, ammunition
  • Animals or plants

Storage of any prohibited or excluded item is entirely at your own risk and voids all liability.


7. Inspection & Security Rights

7.1 ZeusRFID reserves the right to:

  • request identification,
  • visually inspect luggage,
  • forcibly open lockers,

where required for safety, security, legal compliance, or suspected breach of these Terms.

7.2 Lockers may be monitored by access logs and security systems.


8. No Bailment

Use of the Services does not create a bailment, deposit, custodial, or fiduciary relationship. ZeusRFID does not take possession or control of Stored Items.


9. Overstay, Forced Access & Abandoned Items

9.1 Items not collected on time may incur additional charges and/or be relocated.

9.2 Lockers may be forcibly opened where necessary.

9.3 Items uncollected after 14 calendar days may be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of, donated, or handed to authorities without liability.


10. Liability & Risk Allocation

10.1 Storage at Own Risk
All Stored Items are placed at your sole risk.

10.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusRFID’s total liability per booking is limited to €10.

10.3 Liability Exclusions
ZeusRFID is not liable for:

  • prohibited or excluded items,
  • high-value apparel or luxury fashion goods,
  • theft without visible forced entry,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • force majeure events,
  • indirect or consequential losses (travel disruption, missed transport, accommodation costs).

10.4 No Insurance Provided
ZeusRFID does not provide insurance or guaranteed compensation. Customers are advised to rely on personal insurance coverage.


11. Partner Locations

11.1 Lockers may be hosted at Partner Locations.

11.2 ZeusRFID is responsible solely for locker technology and access systems.

11.3 Partner Locations bear no responsibility for Stored Items or claims.


12. Platform & Technical Availability

ZeusRFID does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of digital services, access systems, or platforms and shall not be liable for technical outages beyond reasonable control.


13. Suspension & Termination

ZeusRFID may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are breached,
  • prohibited items are stored,
  • security or legal risks arise.

14. Complaints & Claims

14.1 Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of luggage collection.

14.2 Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.


15. Force Majeure

ZeusRFID is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power outages, network failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil disturbances.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.


17. Amendments

ZeusRFID may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
