The purpose of the project is to reduce the total management costs by optimizing the shipping / receiving procedures (shipping and receiving), collection (picking), storage (shelving), and inventory while improving the visibility and reliability of the overall process .
Our first step is to prepare the labels through the process of coding and identifying with the ERP code. The equipment we use is an RFID label printer. If we place tags on the items we want to monitor, we can inventory them and control their movements within the area. For the inventory of items we recommend the use of portable readers.
